Adirondack Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is a unique, effective counseling experience that specializes in the use of horses to assist in the treatment of a variety of mental health challenges. We utilize horse physiology to regulate human physiology and horse psychology to heal human psychology through Trauma Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (TF-EAP™).
Haven Oaks Farm is located in beautiful Saratoga County just 15 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack. We are a small, family-run farm that provides personal, professional and individualized care. We offer boarding, foaling and mare care, layups, and rehabilitative therapy. We are the home of Adirondack Equine Assisted Psychotherapy.
