Inherit the Gold is a thoroughbred. He was born on March 25, 2006 at Haven Oaks Farm in upstate New York where he would be raised and eventually retired after a full and successful career as a racehorse. He was born bay, with gray rings around his eyes that foretold of the brilliant white coat that would make him stand out in the paddock at the races.
